What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we do offer multiple financing options! Our current financing partners include ShopPay, Affirm, AfterPay and PayPal Credit. Alternatively, some of our customers have opened credit cards with low/zero introductory interest rates as a way to finance their orders over time.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Returns are accepted within 30 days. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Can I place my order by phone?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard ground shipping anywhere Nationwide within the U.S. is free! However, we do have expedited shipping options available.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will require a custom shipping quote. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. In-stock order will ship within 1 business day, and typically will take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners, including Fedex, UPS and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How do I assemble or install my product?

All products will come with an instruction manual in the box, but in many cases, professional installation by a licensed electrician is required. If you did not receive an instruction manual with your order, please contact us.

Does my product come with a warranty?

Yes! All products purchased directly through our website come standard with our Exclusive 2 Year Limited Warranty.

We also have Extended Warranty options available.

There is an issue with my product, what should I do?
